On August 11, 2026, Weaving Our Worlds and Vancouver Black Library will be co-hosting an evening with Robyn Maynard, author of Policing Black Lives, and local speakers. At the event, we will be collecting books for a book drive for Books 2 Prisoners as well as Vancouver Black Library. Please see below for book lists.
